Technorati Connects Associated Press to Bloggers
Over the technorati blog a news that will certainly interest you ! Technorati and the Associated Press in tuesday initiated a service to connect bloggers to more than 440 AP member newspapers nationwide, with this new service local newspapers will now have links to blogs that commented about their news. In other words you can have links to your blog in local newspaper's websites, something that could generate an extra traffic to your website.
This news will also put the focus on blog-journalism, and the relation between journalism (local newspapers) and blogging. The relation is certainly in the two directions, because this information will be something like comments on news that rarely newspapers introduce in their websites. I know some newspapers that allow commenting on their news and have really high traffic on their websites, so such "partnership" will certainly be positive for both.
