Opportunity to become "Pro Blogger" results
Submission are closed since december 20, and it was not that difficult for a FREE offer ! There were just few participations and the only one which fit the criteria was R Kishor Shakya fron Nepal. So congratulation Kishor, in this time you should receive an email with the details to get your gift.
There is still 4 accounts without winner, so maybe there will be another opportunity one day even that I'm not sure to offer the same thing next time ! Anyway we are offering also free hosting account for the winner of the first tunisian blogs awards in addition to another blogger that we are supporting and this will be a surprise that i'll announce in the future :)
Someone asked why all these free account and free hosting for ? Its simply one of the reason behind creating phpmagazine.net, it was not to start blogging community or a blogging network but it was to find new blogger and support them for writing. Not necessary to contribute in our magazine, but to contribute at least to the open source community in general.
I started first with the Tunisian PHP Community, then decided to keep this opportunity open to everyone who can participate. After all our PHP Community didn't show big interest for this action even with more than 800 registered member.
Something more exciting is to have more friends of the phpmagazine.net website from different countries and idology. I was talking before that the next year we'll be looking for new authors for the magazine and maybe we'll launch officially the PDF edition again and even a print edition in some countries. So it will be very interesting to have more experiences, from different countries of the world.
