AdSense revenue Estimation vs Real data
After all the technical issues that I have encountered this month I was expecting for a result much less than estimated in the previous posts. But the latest days covered the lack of services down for few days, and the revenue was for my surprise more than estimated as you can see in the next chart :
Something else I notice that the end of every month is always special that most of the monthly revenue are made in the last 15 days of every month. In the beginning the average is not that high. For example this month from 1-15 november represent the 1/3 of the monthly revenue, while the others 2/3 are made from 16-30.
I remember a feature I saw in Sysense about predicting earning, and I don't know if its doing mathematics interpolations to make this prediction or is based on others techniques. Because what I notice is that the evolution could be somehow controlled but very hard to predict.
I have made also a "prediction" before but it was based on observation and real data. Maybe I'll be interested to make a survey and study this more in details with other bloggers. Is revenue growth of 100% and 200% normal when we talk about blogging ? How long could this revenue like that ?
In the end of this post I want to announce a new projet that I started working on few months ago. And since Blogging network is working well today, I started contacting bloggers I know, preparing a network, a niche of topics and a plateform to host this project. I learned really a lot from this small experience, I have no plans to become full time blogger, cause I love my current job, but I wanted to share this experience maybe it could be helpful for some bloggers.
